Sense with Swype? A hardware QWERTY where alt characters are the same size and color as the primary characters? T-Mo’s own UI customizations? Big win or total flop? Well, I don’t know that just yet, but I know how it feels to pull a MT3GS out of the box.
Recently we learned that the Nexus One, Motorola Milestone and new models HTC will receive an update to the latest version of Android. Now, Samsung bosses revealed that the Galaxy will also receive S I9000 update to 2.2 Froyo.
Nevertheless, users will have to wait a bit on it, because the company has to adapt overlay TouchWiz 3.0 (Galalxy S is the first Android that uses copyright, Samsung UI) for the new OS and the search giant. Unfortunately, no one knows exactly when it occurs.
Recall that in a similar situation users are HTC and HTC Desire Legend, who must wait until the Taiwanese company refine a new version of Sense Interface.
Well once Windows Phone 7 is out we can say goodbye to custom home screen interface. Today though, iPhoneToday is a good finger-friendly option for those of us who like the iPhone style interface. There are a few glitches here and there that need to be ironed though. Read on to see if this suits your taste.
